Creating Space

Starting DATE, 2025, a six-week course from Jean Hsu & Buster Benson

If you’ve ever felt like there’s no space to figure out what you really want, you’re not alone. It’s so easy to stay busy — checking off tasks, fulfilling obligations, and striving to get to the next thing. We get really good at doing, but rarely stop to ask if it’s what we actually want. Without space to step back and reflect, it’s hard to break out of autopilot and make choices that are aligned with what we really want.

Creating Space is a 6-week guided journaling course designed to help you step back, breathe, and reconnect with what truly matters. Through thoughtful journaling prompts, reflection exercises, and a structured yet flexible approach, this course gives you space to explore new ideas, gain clarity, and discover what’s next for you.

This course isn’t about productivity, setting goals, or writing for an audience. It’s about making space for yourself—so that new possibilities, creative sparks, and meaningful insights can emerge naturally.
