A little about me. I started my career at Google and have spent the rest of it thus far at early-stage startups (including Pulse, Medium, and Range).
After I left Medium, I built out a coaching business with a unique mix of domain expertise and coaching methodology to level up engineering leaders, from tech leads to VPs of Engineering.
Coaching led to building out a leadership development company specifically for engineering leaders called Co Leadership. I ran experiential workshops training engineers to take what they already know and apply it to listening, communication, relationship-building, building alignment, and more.
While leadership development was fulfilling, I missed being on a team, and was thrilled to join Range as VP of Engineering. In this role, I’ve been able to leverage my strengths as a coach in building and supporting the team, as well as continue to have broader influence on the tech industry through the podcast series Lead Time Chats, where I interview leaders in tech and have unscripted chats about a wide range of topics around remote teamwork.
